Engineering Staff - SBY

Qualifications:

• Male .
• Could work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• STM min experiences 4 years, Technical Diploma experiences 2 years, . Technical S I experiences 1 year.
• Honest, hardworking and team work oriented.
• Familiar with Technical Drawing & engineering, AutoCAD,  Solid Work/3D max.
• Familiar with, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Creative, have sense of art, honest and good communication skill, with good attitude.
• Discipline, Fast in Drawing & Hard Working.
• Can to do internal and external coordination.

Engineering and Product Development Manager - SBY

Qualifications:

• Male . age 35-40 year

Could work well under pressure and tight deadlines Conducting market analysis by gathering input from the department concerned, customer and visit Based on market analysis determining product improved old and new product Develop a new product according to budget Perform testing of new product to verify compliance with quality standards Develop line balancing & layout to production plant Ensure new product production process can run without issue Ascertain the new product can integrate well in other areas, such as marketing sales strategy, QA, and manufacture Provide man power planning analysis Provide leadership direction to the team and coach them to deliver excellent results

Having good leadership skills Have a critical mindset and able to explore ideas Having the ability of the analysis problem solving inter good communication and personal Fluent in English Minimum 5 years in Engineering and New Product Development Bachelor degree of mechanical/Industrial engineering

Supervisor Production- SBY

Qualifications:

• Male .
• Could work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering : ATMI, Politeknik
• Minimal 5 years working experience in manufacturing and sheet metal industries
• Minimal 2 years as supervisor is required this position
• Has experience implemented 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or QCC and ISO 9001:2008
• Has knowledge Planning and operational of fabrication
• Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya
• Has good knowledge with CNC program  i.e. press brake, turret press punch machine, Laser cutting
• Has good knowledge of material i.e. stainless steel, mild steel and machinery steel.
• Preferably supervisor specializing in Sheet Metal Industry
• Must have good leadership.
• Computer literate
