SMT Production Manager
Responsibilities:
* To perform planning, coordination and control of SMT Production Process
* To ensure that production are performed effective and efficiently in accordance with company policies and target.
* To improve quality, productivity and inventory of SMT Production
Requirement
* Male
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical)
* Good English oral & written
* Good Leadership, communication, interpersonal & ability to interact with all level the people
* Good management (time, document, project)
* Good experience in SMT Machine and SMT Electronic Manufacturing
* Experience on SMT Production Manager more than 3 years or SMT Production Supervisor more than 5 years
* Show high analytical and attentive to detail
* Root cause analytic and solution on SMT issue (Machine trouble, Model Change Loss Time, etc)
* Understood ISO 9001 and 5S for Manufacturing Company
* Able to develop and Implement SMT Production Line System and comply to Quality System
* Preferable have knowledge on PANASONIC's CM Mounter and/or HITACHI's GXH Mounter

Job Description:
1. Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain a clean and safe plant.
3. Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
4. Responsible for plant production goals.
5. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
6. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
7. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
8. Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
9. Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
10. Conduct employee performance reviews.
11. Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
12. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
13. Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
14. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Male, Max 40 years old.
2. At least 5 years experience as Plant or Deputy Manager (retired from reputable industrial company is highly advantage)
3. Good spoken & written of English.
4. Good knowledge of Computer literate
5. Energetic, good leading & good interpersonal skills.
