Urgent Vacancy: ENGINEERING Manager

Our client is a Leading FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing) Company engaged in production and sales & distribution of various personal care and toiletries, cosmetics and particularly toilet soaps products.

As a result of a clear vision, solid growth under a strong Management Team, the company has attracted and developed some of the most talented leaders in fast moving consumer goods industry, people with high level of professional ability and commercial acumen coupled with integrity and innovation. To strengthen the existing management team, our client seeks to hire an ambitious and career minded professional who enjoys taking-up new challenges as:

ENGINEERING MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure all production equipments and facilities work smoothly by scheduling and implementing effective preventive maintenance programs and handling break-down quickly. Manage and lead the engineering and technical people in order to achieve the company objectives.


Qualification:

· Male aged 32 -37 max

· Min education S1 Degree (Teknik Mesin/Elektro). S-2 Degree is a big advantage.

· Min 3 - 5 years experience as Engineering Manager (overall 8- 10 years working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods: personal care & toiletries, beauty soaps, cosmetics/ beauty care).

Knowledge & Experience:

CPKB, GMP, ISO 9001 2008, Lean production/ manufacturing.


General Requirements:

· Strong Leadership with good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
· Managerial skills
· Sound knowledge of production processes of beauty soap (FMCG)
· Hands – on; team player; resilient (ulet)
· Mau turun ke lapangan (hands-on, deeply involved in the process)
· Firm (tegas); persistent (tidak mudah menyerah)
